The Helios Frankenwaldklinik Kronach is looking for a full-time Senior Physician Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

What you can expect

Joint management of orthopaedics and trauma surgery with the head physician
Helping to shape the strategic and economic development of the Clinic for Orthopaedics & Trauma Surgery, in particular managing and ensuring highly qualified, comprehensive and medical treatment in accordance with the latest medical findings
You are jointly responsible for ensuring and further developing quality standards in your area, optimizing processes and workflows, duty time models and organizational forms as well as patient documentation
Responsibility for personnel management and personnel development of the assistant doctors reporting to you

What you bring with you

Specialist in orthopaedics and trauma surgery (m/f/d), preferably with additional further training in special trauma surgery, ideally also special orthopaedic surgery
Appropriate specialist knowledge and confident handling in the specialist field as well as mastery of standard operations
Strong leadership personality and organizational talent
Patient and service orientation combined with business management thinking and action
High level of technical expertise and a high degree of social competence
Sense of responsibility and organizational talent
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
