To strengthen our emergency center at the Helios Klinikum Emil von Behring at the Berlin-Zehlendorf site, we are looking for you as a senior physician for emergency medicine (m/f/d) as soon as possible

What to expect

Medical care of acute patients including shock room care, organization and co-responsibility of short-stay beds in a 6-bed observation ward
You will support the optimization of workflows and processes in the team to ensure efficient and patient-oriented care
They work closely with other specialist departments, emergency services and doctors and nurses in private practice to ensure seamless care
They promote the professional development of the continuing education assistants through guidance, supervision and feedback in the field of clinical emergency medicine
You will actively participate in quality and safety projects to continuously improve the standards in the emergency center
You will keep yourself up to date with the latest technical developments and contribute your knowledge to internal training and further education

What you bring to the table

You are a specialist (m/f/d) with the additional qualification in clinical emergency and acute medicine
You have several years of experience in interdisciplinary interdisciplinary interdisciplinary emergency care (preferably in the field of surgery/trauma surgery)
You are characterized by motivation and a sense of responsibility and have the ability to work in a team and patient-oriented in the clinic
You are a leader with the courage to innovate, whereby interdisciplinary and economic thinking is a matter of course for you
Very good communication and teamwork skills and organizational skills, combined with safe execution of emergency medically relevant procedures and diagnostics
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
