Strengthen our night shift team! We are looking for a reliable nurse (m/f/d) - health and nursing professional, geriatric nurse, nurse or nurse - part-time for the permanent night watch in the adaptation ward at Helios Park Klinikum Leipzig.

• You will be responsible for the holistic care, support and monitoring of patients on night duty and work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure their well-being.
• You will assist in the preparation and implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and thus contribute to the optimal care of patients.
• They accurately document all nursing measures and ensure that patient records are kept in full.
• You ensure compliance with internal guidelines and treatment plans in order to guarantee a high quality of care.
• As a contact person, you advise and accompany patients through the treatment process and promote their education.
• You will ensure consistent compliance with hygiene standards, quality specifications and documentation requirements in order to guarantee optimal care.

• You have successfully completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional, nurse, nursing specialist, pediatric nurse or geriatric nurse (m/f/d).
• Specialized professional experience is an advantage.
• You have nursing expertise and methodological competence as well as a structured and conscientious way of working.
• You communicate in a patient-centered manner and have a high level of social competence.
• You are resilient, responsible and always work conscientiously.
• You can provide the legally required proof of immunization against measles
