What to expect

You will play a central role in the surgical team and make a significant contribution to the safety and quality of surgical procedures
They prepare the operating room according to the procedure plan, provide all the necessary instruments, materials and equipment and check their functionality
They hand over the necessary instruments and materials to the operating team of doctors, while maintaining an overview of the course of the operation and reacting with foresight
They consistently ensure compliance with all hygienic regulations, prepare the operating field sterilely and help with the correct positioning of the patients
The medical equipment used is not only operated by you, but also regularly checked
In addition, you will provide support through active participation in the practice process and in the introduction of improvement processes

What you bring to the table

You have completed training as a surgical assistant (m/f/d), nurse (m/f/d) or as a medical assistant (m/f/d) with surgical experience
You bring commitment, reliability and team spirit as well as a high degree of responsibility and social skills
You have sound professional competence and professional experience in the operating room
You are motivated to participate in the design and continuous improvement of the working and framework conditions that arise
You have good manners and an empathetic approach to patients
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
