Senior Enterprise Data Architect (m/f/d)

Your Impact

You will shape how data is structured, governed, and leveraged across the enterprise—enabling trusted data, advanced analytics, and AI-ready capabilities.

This role is critical to building a high-quality, scalable data foundation that supports business operations, innovation, and regulatory compliance.

What You Will Drive

  • Enterprise-wide data architecture strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities

  • Definition of target data architecture supporting analytics, AI, and operational use cases

  • Standardized data models, taxonomies, metadata, and information flows

  • Strong data governance frameworks, including ownership, stewardship, and quality rules

  • Design and evolution of data platforms and integration layers

  • Implementation of data cataloging, lineage, and metadata management capabilities

  • Establishment of data quality frameworks, dashboards, and remediation processes

  • Alignment between business processes, data structures, and system integrations

  • Enablement of enterprise-wide Data & AI initiatives through scalable architecture

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or related roles

  • Strong expertise in data strategy, governance, modelling, and quality management

  • Experience designing and governing modern data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, SAP)

  • Solid understanding of data integration patterns (ETL/ELT, APIs, event-driven architectures)

  • Experience with data cataloging, metadata management, and governance tooling

  • Ability to operate in complex, cross-functional environments

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align business and IT

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complexity into clarity and direction
