Your chance:
In our dual study program, you can expect not only dry theory, but above all exciting practical phases. You will apply your knowledge directly in the specialist departments and projects – a real hands-on experience:
Training Department: You create confirmations of receipt, invitations and rejections for applicants. You prepare and follow up on job interviews. You will organise and carry out events for those interested in training.
Personnel marketing and development: You prepare events such as career fairs and in-house events. You maintain our social media channels. You organize, accompany and design personnel development measures.
Personnel support: You will support the recruiting process. You will look after and advise employees. You create job references.
How to find us:
You are interested in economics and especially in human resource management.
You have at least a technical college entrance qualification.
You are open to spending your practical phases with us in Bad Homburg and your theory phases in Lörrach .
You have the goal of completing the degree "Bachelor of Arts (B. A.) – Business Administration – Human Resource Management" (m/f/d).
What we offer:
Fair remuneration: You will receive € 1,156.00 in the 1st year, € 1,247.00 in the 2nd year and € 1,315.00 in the 3rd year. In addition, there are holiday and Christmas bonuses.
