We are looking for you as a nurse (m/f/d) at the Leipzig Heart Center as soon as possible

in the function of

Documentation Officer for Nursing Documentation (m/f/d)

• Support of nursing staff and managers in intensive care and IMC wards in providing complete, comprehensible and legally compliant nursing documentation as well as regular review of nursing documentation in the PDMS as well as in the analogue curve for completeness, plausibility and compliance with legal and in-house requirements
• Implementation of documentation controls and audits, including feedback to the nursing teams and derivation of improvement measures
• Advising and training employees on documentation standards, new requirements, legal requirements and the correct use of the PDMS
• PC-based evaluations and administrative activities as part of documentation management as well as support for digital documentation processes
• Interface work between nursing, quality management and IT to further develop documentation processes, ensure standards and sustainably improve documentation quality
• You will support the control and recording of fee-relevant procedures and diagnoses in close cooperation with Medical Controlling and act as a contact person for colleagues in Medical Controlling with regard to documentation (e.g. required requirements, documentation gaps / errors)

• You have completed vocational training as a nurse (m/f/d) and have professional experience in the IMC / ITS area, including ITS nursing documentation
• You have a confident handling of IT applications (Office package), as well as Metavision (PDMS) and HIS system
• They are characterized by reliability and a high sense of responsibility
• Your strengths include commitment and assertiveness, organizational talent
• You are willing to work together across professional groups
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
