We are looking for you as a social worker/educator (m/f/d) for acute psychiatry at the earliest possible date.

What you can expect

Individual psychosocial counseling and support for mentally ill patients and their relatives
Sociotherapeutic individual and group work, which requires specific methodological tools
Determining the need for help, taking into account the potential for self-help
Application for and coordination of post-inpatient measures/care
Clarification of social law entitlements using relevant legal principles
Cooperation and networking with various municipal and supra-regional institutions, service providers, self-help groups and associations
Enjoyment of and interest in goal-oriented, interdisciplinary cooperation with all professional groups involved in treatment

What you bring with you

A successfully completed degree in social work
Sound knowledge of clinical social work in hospitals as well as comprehensive knowledge of the theory and practice of psychosocial counseling and social therapeutic interventions, prevention and rehabilitation
In-depth knowledge of the structures of the social and healthcare system, including legal foundations
Knowledge of treatment and care processes in and outside the hospital
Very good ability to work in partnership across professional groups
Independent, efficient and goal-oriented way of working
Organizational skills
Communication skills
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
