What to expect

Our therapeutic concept is multidimensional with the aim of making bio-psychosocial relationships understandable, promoting the ability to relax, as well as influencing the patient's attribution patterns on a cognitive level and thereby strengthening self-efficacy and self-motivation.
It includes individual and group therapy, family discussions, social skills training, art and movement therapy, biography work, experiential education/outdoor activities and clinic school.
The duration of treatment depends on the individual needs of our patients.

What you bring to the table

You are a specialist (m/f/d) in child and adolescent psychiatry and have professional experience with different age groups and disorders
An open, interested, respectful attitude towards children, parents and staff as well as integrative skills in the multi-professional treatment team are of particular concern to you
You are resilient and have the ability to openly name and competently accompany even controversial topics in families and in the team
You are familiar with working in interdisciplinary team structures and are prepared to help shape the expansion of the section with a high level of professional and social competence
You will see your future prospects in leading work in an ambitious department and will be able to manage tasks, projects and processes independently
