What you can expect

Our therapeutic concept is multi-dimensional with the aim of making bio-psychosocial relationships understandable, promoting the ability to relax and influencing the patients' attribution patterns on a cognitive level, thereby strengthening self-efficacy and self-motivation.
It includes individual and group therapy, family discussions, social skills training, art and movement therapy, biography work, experiential education/outdoor activities and clinic school.
The duration of treatment depends on the individual needs of our patients.

What you bring with you

You are a specialist (m/f/d) in child and adolescent psychiatry and have professional experience with different age groups and disorders
An open, interested, respectful attitude towards children, parents and staff as well as integrative skills in the multi-professional treatment team are particularly important to you
You are resilient and have the ability to openly name and competently accompany controversial topics in families and in the team
You are familiar with working in interdisciplinary team structures and are willing to help shape the expansion of the section with a high level of professional and social competence
You see your future prospects as a leader in an ambitious department and can manage tasks, projects and processes independently
