We are looking for you as soon as possible at the Helios Klinikum Jerichower Land location in Burg (near Magdeburg) as a Junior Recruiter (m/f/d) for our Personnel Service Center.

What to expect

In this exciting role at Helios Kliniken, you will get to know the entire recruiting process - from the job advertisement to the approach of applicants to cooperation in the selection process
Job advertisements & positioning: You will create target group-oriented and creative job advertisements to strengthen our employer brand, publish them on all relevant channels and ensure that they are continuously up-to-date and have maximum reach.
Holistic application management: You will review applications, conduct initial telephone or virtual interviews, coordinate the further selection process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Creating notices: You will develop creative and target group-oriented notices to effectively communicate our vacancies internally and externally
Use cooperation networks: You will be in charge of cooperation with the Federal Employment Agency and other recruiting partners in order to constantly expand our network of applicants.
Process optimization & idea input: You will contribute new ideas to make our recruiting processes more efficient, innovative and candidate-oriented

What you bring to the table

Your foundation: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship – – and want to develop yourself further
Your know-how: Previous knowledge of recruiting or human resources is welcome, but not a must – your curiosity, your interest in people and your motivation are important
Your style of work: You approach tasks in a structured, independent and reliable manner – organisation is in your blood
Your appearance: With your friendly, service-oriented nature, you always strike the right note - whether on the phone, by email or in a personal conversation
Your toolbox: MS Office is everyday life for you, especially Excel and Word. And if you've already worked with LOGA – all the better!
Your prerequisite: You have the legally required measles protection certificate
