Join our team as MFA / MTA as Occupational Health Assistant (m/f/d) for our Occupational Medicine Institute in Stuttgart from 01.01.2026.

• Implementation and implementation of occupational health care, aptitude and pre-employment examinations in the practice or on site at the customer's premises
• Knowledge and use of occupational medical examination equipment, e.g. hearing test, eye test, ergometer
• Coordination of consultation hours and company support in all matters relating to occupational health services
• Support of medical colleagues in the implementation of occupational health services
• Documentation and preparation of the health record

• Completed training as an MFA, MTA (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification (medical assistant, geriatric nurse, GKP, etc.)
• Career changers (health manager, therapist, etc.) are also welcome
• Organizational talent and willingness to take the initiative
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to work in the field (consultation hours at local companies)
• Driving licence class B
• IT skills (use of Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Proof of legal measles protection
