Your tasks:
- Maintenance, servicing and optimization of I&C systems in ventilation, refrigeration and supply technology
- Analysis and rectification of faults in building automation and control technology
- Parameterization, calibration and replacement of sensors, actuators and control components
- Digital documentation of all measures in modern maintenance and IWMS systems
- Participation in technical projects, conversions and extensions
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and technical standards
What you bring to the table:
- Completed training in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology or I&C technology
- Knowledge of building management technology, e.g. Neuberger / Kieback&Peter
- Experience with digital documentation and maintenance software
- Experience with the IWMS systems or willingness to learn them
- Independent and structured way of working, high willingness to take responsibility
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to participate in on-call duty
- Good knowledge of written and spoken German as well as a valid work permit
- Driving licence class B
