Your tasks:
- Quality-compliant reprocessing of reusable medical devices according to specified quality standards
- Responsibility for ensuring the reprocessing process of the respective shift
- Contact person for the employees on the shift
- Area allocation in coordination with the AEMP management
- Participation in management meetings
- Support with master data management and repairs, e.g. creation of loan sets
- Taking on special tasks in consultation with the AEMP management
What you bring with you:
- Several years of professional experience (3-5 years) in the field of instrument reprocessing
- Successful completion of specialist certificate II or willingness to acquire it
- Good IT skills in Microsoft Office and AEMP documentation software
- Structured and responsible way of working
- Strong social skills and the ability to work in a team and motivate others
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and further training
