Your tasks:
- Project planning and realization according to work phases 1-9 according to HOAI
- Cost tracking
- schedules
- tendering
- Project-dependent travel (approx. 1-2 days per week with overnight stay if necessary)
What you bring with you:
- Degree with a focus on architecture/civil engineering, training as a structural engineering technician or a comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of technical and/or commercial professional experience in the field of construction in existing buildings / hospitals and have already gained experience in dealing with VOB and relevant regulations in building construction
- Class B driving license
