For our Helios Specialist Clinics Hildburghausen, we are looking for a senior physician (m/f/d) for our Clinic for Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy in full-time or part-time as soon as possible.

What to expect

They act as the permanent deputy of the chief physician and work together with her, supporting and relieving her in cooperation with a multi-professional team consisting of other medical, nursing and therapeutic staff
The clinic's range of treatments includes patients from the entire spectrum of psychosomatics, psychotherapy with a focus on affective disorders, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorders and personality disorders
The range of treatments in this area includes a protected area for suicidal patients, a psychotherapy area and specialised therapy areas for the treatment of personality disorders and post-traumatic stress disorders
They are jointly responsible for the training of the subordinate staff, supervise the assistant doctors, advise the therapists and nursing staff
They participate in the treatment of patients in the outpatient clinic and on the wards. You will actively attend internal and external training events at the clinic
You will also take part in the on-call service

What you bring to the table

Specialist (m/f/d) in Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy with relevant professional experience
High willingness to take responsibility and the ability to inspire and motivate employees
Personality with a high level of professional and social competence who contributes to the continuous development of our patient-oriented care
High level of integration through collegial leadership style as well as professional authority, initial management experience desirable
Economic thinking and acting in the sense of medical and operational requirements
Enjoyment of working in a friendly and collegial team
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
