Internship in quality management

We are looking for you as an intern (m/f/d) in the Quality Management department for our location at Helios Klinikum Pirna as soon as possible.

• Collaboration in internal/external audits and inspections as well as preparation of documents, writing audit reports, deriving and implementing suitable measures
• Insights into the existing risk management and the CIRS near-error management system, including processing of CIRS cases
• Introduction to the preparation of the annual quality report
• Introduction to the various areas of the patient survey and processing patient feedback
• Introduction to external quality assurance, involvement in current projects
• Updating and creating documents as part of the Roxtra document management system

• Completion of a university degree in healthcare management or a comparable course of study or completion of a technical college entrance qualification
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility and the ability to work independently and on your own responsibility
• Experience in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
