As soon as possible, we are looking for you as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d) for our psychiatric institute outpatient clinic at the Helios Clinics Schwerin.

• Appointment management (by phone, e-mail) as well as admission of patients, preparation of prescriptions and referrals
• Progress documentation in d. elekt. Patient file
• Quarterly settlements in cooperation with our billing office as well as orders for ambulance supplies and cooperative cooperation with all areas of CFFK
• Accompanying patients during examinations as well as caring for and advising patients and relatives
• Completion of diagnostic measures (blood draws, ECG, administration of medication and injections, application of bandages)
• Assistance activities if necessary

• Organizational skills and good communication skills
• Customer orientation and ability to work in a team
• Flexibility and a sense of responsibility
• Friends working with psychiatric patients
• Good manners
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
