Wound Manager, Wound Expert (m/f/d)

• Wound care or wound therapy in a defined work area
• Carrying out wound rounds
• Extended digital wound documentation and monitoring of professional and appropriate wound progression checks
• Ensuring the necessary prophylaxis measures or standardised skin inspection
• Further development and safeguarding of decubitus ulcer prophylaxis in accordance with guidelines
• Support of nursing staff in the inpatient sector in the decision on prophylactic measures, wound care products and the use of aids such as special beds and transfer aids
• Structured guidance and advice for patients and relatives

• Successfully completed training as a nurse, further training as a nursing expert in stoma continence wound
• Specific professional experience desirable
• Willingness to undergo further education and training
• Personal, social and methodological competence, high sense of responsibility
• Distinctive, independent and structured way of working
• Empathy, professional communication skills and enthusiasm
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
