Secretary Trauma Surgery (m/f/d)

• Organization and structuring of the chief physician's secretariat
• Scheduling and scheduling appointments as well as communication with family doctors and patients
• Final processing of patient files and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets
• Coverage of the telephone accessibility of the department
• Vacation and absence replacement of the other chief physician secretariats
• Coordination of appointments for expert opinion requirements for employers' liability insurance associations and private insurance carriers up to completion and billing
• Liquidation via SAP of services of all departments of the company

• Completed training as a registered nurse (m/f/d)
• Initial experience in a medically oriented secretariat desirable
• High degree of initiative and resilience as well as organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
• Strong cooperation and communication skills as well as the ability to calm in stressful and crisis situations
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
