Expertise in process analysis, use-case definition, and user journey development
Strong foundation in business process modelling, analysis and methodologies
Understanding of Digital and AI technologies, data regulations, and digital platforms
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language
Qualification and Experience:
Unversity degree in Business informatics, computer Science, business Administration, or equivalent with several years of experience working with businesses on digital projects or AI initiatives
Project management:
Strong experience working in mid to large-size interdisciplinary projects (experience as project manager is preferred but not required)
Proven experience in workshop facilitation and requirements management
Preferably several years of experience in healthcare / life science or other regulated sectors
