To strengthen the speech therapy team in our clinic for palliative medicine and geriatrics at the Emil von Behring Clinic in Berlin-Zehlendorf, we are looking for you as a speech therapist (m/f/d) as soon as possible

What to expect

Independent diagnosis and therapy of dysphagia and orofacial impairments, aphasias, dysartrophy, dysphonia and speech apraxia in patients with speech, swallowing and speech disorders
Focus on patients with complex needs
Independent and responsible work in inpatient geriatrics and palliative medicine with a wide range of opportunities for participation
Active participation in quality assurance measures and in the further development of our speech therapy services
Collegial cooperation with a committed, interdisciplinary team from various departments
Participation in regular training courses

What you bring to the table

Completed training as a speech therapist (m/f/d), ideally with professional experience in working with elderly and/or palliatively treated patients
Enjoyment of empathetic interaction with our vulnerable patient group and the ability to understand their needs
High social skills, strong communication skills and the ability to contribute to a dynamic team
Independent, structured and conscientious way of working and identification with the tasks of speech therapy
Willingness to collaborate with other disciplines and to work in an interdisciplinary manner
Proof of legally required vaccinations against measles
