What to expect

You will receive telephone and written inquiries from users about delivery dates, alternative deliveries and orders
They provide support in providing information and resolving issues
You will process special requests, including the initiation and tracking of express orders from the supplier
They communicate with users, suppliers, warehouses and specialist purchasing via ticket system and hotline
You will be involved in the processing of projects

What you bring to the table

A completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
A strong customer and service orientation
Very high communication skills, independent way of working and teamwork skills
Confident handling of MS Office and especially Excel
Basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage
You like to communicate and support our team with a lot of enthusiasm
Proof of immunization against measles
