Join our team as a working student (m/f/d) at the Institute of Occupational Medicine in Hildesheim with immediate effect.

• Administration: Support with tasks in the areas of assistance, finance, human resources, quality management and law
• Projects: Independent assumption of project work
• Processes: Participation in the further development and optimization of internal processes
• Medical support: Assistance to medical staff in the implementation of occupational health services

• Studies: Enrolled student, first experience in the medical field desirable, but not a prerequisite
• Communication: Very good communication and teamwork skills
• IT skills: Confident handling of Outlook, Word and Excel
• Organization: Strong organizational talent and high level of initiative
• Proof: Legally required measles protection
• Availability: Ideally 10–20 hours per week, possibly more during the semester break

• Induction: Structured introduction and guidance by a fixed contact person
• Remuneration: Attractive hourly wage of € 14.00 gross
• Knowledge: Free access to the Knowledge Portal including the Central Library
