We are looking for you as a full-time or part-time employee as soon as possible.

Project Manager (m/f/d), Project Administrator (m/f/d) or Project Management Assistant (m/f/d)

• Support of the management in the planning and management of projects
• Creation and maintenance of project plans
• Deadline monitoring and deadline control
• Coordination between internal departments and external partners
• Tracking of tasks and to-dos
• Preparation of status reports for the management

• A completed commercial apprenticeship
• Several years of professional experience in the secretariat at management or board level desirable
• Professional handling of common MS Office applications
• Autonomous way of working, organizational talent, discretion and diligence
• Professional communication – both in writing and in direct contact
• Commitment, flexibility, assertiveness and confident appearance
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
